SuperStroke Finishes 1-2-3 at the Genesis Open

SuperStroke earned its second-consecutive win on the PGA Tour at the Genesis Open, where 45 players in the field trusted SuperStroke grips. SuperStroke grips were also played by six of the top-10 finishers at Riviera, including the top-3 finishers.

The Genesis Open Champion used a SuperStroke Pistol GT 1.0 to finish 1st in Strokes Gained: Putting for the week, gaining 8.17 strokes on the field. The putter grip features a pistol-style top section that helps golfers lock in their upper hand position. Like all SuperStroke putter grips, it’s designed with the company’s patented “No Taper Technology,” a uniform lower hand profile that helps golfers add consistency to their stroke by quieting their hands and minimizing grip pressure.

The second-place finisher, who is currently No. 4 in the Official World Golf Rankings, used the all-new SuperStroke Traxion Pistol GT Tour putter grip, which has a slightly smaller diameter than the Pistol GT 1.0 that was used by the Genesis Open champion. The Traxion Pistol GT Tour also features Traxion Control, an advanced surface texture SuperStroke developed for its 2019 Traxion Series putter and swing grips to enhance feel and performance.

The third-place finisher at Riviera trusted a SuperStroke Mid-Slim 2.0 putter grip, which is created with SuperStroke’s original, round-back design that’s the company’s most popular shape with golfers around the world. The 23-year-old, two-time PGA Tour winner finished 4th on the week in Strokes Gained putting, picking up 7.245 strokes on the field.

Traxion Series Putter Grips are currently available at retailers across the world in 15 distinct models, including the all-new Claw Series putter grip, for $29.99 (U.S. pricing).
