KBS CLAIMS VICTORY AT THE WELLS FARGO CHAMPIONSHIP

The red label cannot be stopped! After four wins the previous week, the momentum kept going as KBS went on to win this week’s Wells Fargo Championship held at the famous Quail Hollow Golf Course. It was the first win for the KBS player on the PGA Tour. He played lights-out from start to finish, hitting over 60% of greens in regulation, was first in scrambling and had a 1.49 putting average that would give anybody a shot with those kind of numbers. For the first time ever, the Ladies European Tour hosted the world’s first day-night tournament in Dubai for the inaugural Omega Dubai Moonlight Classic. The tournament spanned across three days, playing during the day to night. The winner who had won just five days prior, came into the tournament playing some of her best golf and it showed down the stretch when she needed it most. She went on to win at 10-under-par, one stroke ahead of the runner-up. This is the players third win on the Ladies European Tour and second in a row.
