KBS goes back-to-back at the Genesis Invitational, winning for the second year in a row on one of the hardest tracks on Tour. The newest champion, a local LA native– achieved a lifelong dream of winning the tournament he grew up watching with clutch play down the stretch and composure when things didn’t go his way. Having to force a sudden-death playoff, the player never wavered even when the odds were against him. With a little magic on the opening playoff hole and a solid approach on the second, he capped off a special week winning his second title and proving he is one to look out for going ahead. He finished the tournament with a bogey-free 5-under 66 to finish at 12-under-par. He plays the KBS $-TAPER 130g in his irons and wedges, with the Hi-Rev 2.0 in his 60 degree. We congratulate the player on his tremendous win and look forward to watching the rest of his season.
