The Red Label found itself at the top of the leaderboard after a tough final round! The winner had KBS TD wood shafts in her Ping driver and 3 wood. Also, she had KBS C-Taper Lite 105 shafts in her Ping irons and wedges. The player opened up her campaign with a solid round of 68 and then followed with a score of 70 on Friday. Saturday, she improved with an impressive round of 66 to give herself the lead going into Sunday. The final round was full of ups and downs, putting the resilient KBS player to the test. She played a steady front nine, but it allowed her competition to catch up. By the start of the back nine there was a three-way tie for the lead. The resilient KBS player stayed focused and went on to birdie the tough 17th hole to gain back the lead. Her opponents made some costly mistakes on the final holes, which gave the 31-year-old the lead. She went on to make par on the final hole to claim the win. The KBS player finally broke through for her first win on the LPGA Tour. She said, “I think just my story in general just shows that I’m always trying, always will try to do things.
