Meet Jon Heise. Golf, golf course, and golf lifestyle website enthusiast. A native Michigander and former small time college hockey player living in Chicago since 2011. He took up golf later in life and unfortunately did not transfer a booming slap shot into the ability to send it with the driver because he was a goalie… Maybe the signature goalie quirkiness translated instead? Jon’s interests lie mainly within the courses themselves – the history and the people, the architecture and the experiences. He’s an avid traveler that enjoys giving his take on what it’s like being a big city guy chasing the best golf adventures he can.
