Ampcaddy Accessories Bundle
While Ampcaddy is most known for their awesome Ampcaddy Bluetooth Speaker, they’ve also launched a few more accessories to make sure you always have your tunes on the course. Enter the Ampcaddy Bluetooth Beanie, Portable Charger, and Golf Cart Phone Holder, designed to keep the music playing, no matter where you are.
Ampcaddy Bluetooth Beanie
Up first, we have the Ampcaddy Bluetooth Beanie – a nice little head warmer equipped with a Bluetooth speaker for when you need to keep the volume down but your head nice and warm. The Ampcaddy Bluetooth Beanie features a small, square Bluetooth speaker on the side of the beanie, with pause/play, previous, and next buttons easily accessible to make those quick music changes. Like the Ampcaddy speaker, the beanie is extremely easy to connect to a mobile device, so you can get the music playing right away.
As far as the beanie itself, it’s a bit on the longer side, so it’ll definitely cover the ears and keep you nice and warm on those cold mornings (or for you diehards playing in the middle of Winter). This is a high quality hat that’s really soft and comfortable on the inside. From that standpoint, big fan. As for the speaker itself, it wasn’t quite what I was expecting. Rather than have smaller individual speakers by where your ears sit, the small device sits on one side of your head, so the music is playing in one ear. The plus side here is you’re not completely immersed in music, so you can still hear your surroundings. The drawback is you are going to have some added weight pulling down on one side of your head.
As much as I loved the sound quality of the original Ampcaddy speaker, I wasn’t as impressed with the Ampcaddy Bluetooth Beanie. The sound quality wasn’t quite there, and at higher volumes, you started to get that “fuzzy” sound quality. While it’s not my first choice for music, it does, however, provide a good option for keeping your head warm while delivering localized music without headphones.
Ampcaddy Portable Charger
This awesome little battery back comes with a high-quality aluminum braided cable that will fit most electronic devices out there, as it offers three different charging head options. The Ampcaddy Portable Charger battery itself is a 6000mAh, 3.7V battery pack that will hold multiple charges. The best part? It has enough juice to charge multiple devices at once. Its 4″ x 2″ x 1″ size makes it easy to throw in your bag or carry in your pocket if needed. There are also four little LEDs that let you know how much juice this little guy has left in him. My phone is always dying somewhere so this addition to my golf bag is a big win.
Ampcaddy Phone Holder
Last, but certainly not least, we have the Ampcaddy Phone Holder for your golf cart. Not only can you mount your Ampcaddy speaker to the side of your cart, now you can post your phone up right next to it. This nifty holster can easily fit virtually any smartphone (my iPhone XS Max fit no problem), and most importantly, it stays secure. The expandable side bars put pressure on your phone to hold it in place, while four corner “straps” add an extra level of security. While my phone remained secure, it was still really easy to take my phone off of the mount if I really needed to.
On the back, it uses the same secure cart mount as the Ampcaddy speaker, which has given me ZERO issues since I started using it. Lastly, the mount swivels 360 degrees, making it easy to flip and twist your phone to just the right angle for easy access. While I try to keep my phone away during my rounds (as I used to have a bad problem with this), this mount is great for having easy access to it while on the course, if you need to.
Final Thoughts
Look, I’m a huge fan of the stuff that Ampcaddy has released. Their speaker might be my favorite golf accessory out there. The new accessory lineup from them doesn’t disappoint either. While they’re only small subtle additions to your bag, all three of them compliment the speaker extremely well, providing more accessibility, portable power, and more discreet playback in times of need. Overall, more great stuff from Ampcaddy.
