CARLSBAD, Calif. – A former Open Champion used Nippon Shaft’s N.S.PRO MODUS³ Tour 120 X flex steel shafts in his irons and wedges (June 19) to win the Farmfoods European Legends Links Championship hosted by Ian Woosnam.
The 53-year-old Scot, who won the 1999 Open, secured his second title on the Legends Tour by shooting 11-under par with rounds of 64-71-70—205 at the Trevose Golf & Country Club in North Cornwall, England. He won by three.
