Bag Boy and Datrek are highlighting their patented Top-Lok Technology. Top-Lok Technology is a patented bag-to-cart attachment system designed to securely lock a Bag Boy or Datrek bag onto a Bag Boy push cart, preventing the bag from twisting or turning, eliminating the need for readjusting or cart straps.

“Top-Lok is a quick, convenient locking system we’ve added to our cart bags and walking carts,” said Pat Gallagher, Product Manager at Bag Boy. “It only takes a couple seconds to slide your bag onto the attachment and you don’t have to think about it again. Plus, there are no loose straps hanging around or getting in the way.”

Top-Lok works by lifting the golf bag above the cart attachment and sliding the bag down into place, over the cart bracket. All Bag Boy bags as of 2017 feature Top-Lok Technology, while select Datrek bags 2018 and later have Top-Lok. Additionally, all Bag Boy push carts as of 2017 are Top-Lok compatible. The bags that are Top-Lok compatible are the Revolver FX cart bag, Shield cart bag, Chiller cart bag, Chiller Hybrid bag, Lite Rider Pro cart bag, DG Lite II cart bag and the Go Lite Hybrid bag. The push carts that are compatible are the Nitron, Tri Swivel II, Quad XL and the Compact 3. By simply using the straps, any brand cart or stand bag is able to fit on a Bag Boy push cart with Top-Lok Technology. Check out the Top-Lok video here.
