It was another solid showing for the Red Label over the weekend, as KBS earned two wins and continues a strong start to the 2020 season. The first win came at the Omega Dubai Desert Classic, where the winner won in dramatic fashion, needing two playoff holes to seal the victory. This was the first win on the European Tour for the Australian, who happened to win on Australia Day – making it all the more fitting. The winner used the KBS Hi-Rev shafts in his wedges, and the CT Tour putter shaft in his Spider X.
The second win of the weekend came out of the LPGA, at the Gainbridge LPGA at Boca Rio. Needing some magic in the finishing holes, the winner hit a dart on the par-3 17th hole – making a birdie to tie for the lead and eventually go on to win in regulation. The first time winner played lights out all week finishing at 17-under-par. She plays a full bag of KBS Tours in her irons and wedges. We congratulate both players on their big wins and continued success.
