KBS Keeps Rollin'

KBS Keeps Rollin’

The wins keep piling up, and the Red Label continues to shine on major tours worldwide. This weekend was no different, tallying another two victories on the PGA and European Tours. At the South African Open, the KBS player earned his second win in back-to-back weeks and third tour title overall. He cruised to a five stroke victory and finished the tournament at 18-under-par. Playing some of his best golf, he is in the hunt for the Race to Dubai sitting in the fifth spot. With his win he moves to 35th in the OWGR. He plays the KBS TOUR 125 in his Callaway irons.

On the PGA Tour, the Mayakoba Golf Classic champion earned his second PGA Tour title in only his 30th start. He continues to prove why he is one of the best young talents in the game, with his precision off the tee and consistency with his irons and wedge play. Finishing the tournament at 20-under-par, the player birdied his final hole to win the tournament by one stroke and avoid a playoff. He moves to No. 15 in the OWGR. He plays a full bag of the KBS TOUR-V 120X in his irons and 130x in his wedges. KBS congratulates both players on their victories.

  1. KBS are great shafts and I’ve been noticing a LOT more red labels in the winners bags!!!!!
I’ve played the KBS Tour, $-Taper, and the Tour V. I think the Tour V is the best shaft they’ve got for my game. They’re point and shoot. I also currently have an $-Taper in my 5I (my longest Iron). It gives me a little bit more loft and spin, doesn’t lose any accuracy; plus it’s one hop and stop on the greens.
