It was another exciting week in Mexico as the best golfers in the world gathered for the second World Golf Championship event of the 2019 season. Club de Golf Chapultepec proved to be no match though for the No. 2 player in the world and KBS Golf Shafts user who continues to own these WGC events. Seemingly unstoppable, the player cruised to a 21-under 263 finish, winning by five strokes and his sixth WGC event overall. Even though the American player is known for his driving distance, which was put on display this week in the high altitude, it was his putting and wedge play that made all the difference. He made 23 birdies which was a tie for second in the field, and had 1.72 putts per greens in regulation which was 12th. Using the KBS Tour 120 Stiff shafts in his wedges, he worked his way around the course and hit 81% of greens in regulation which was first in the field. This is the 20th PGA Tour Victory for the player and the 12th straight season with at least one win. Congratulations go out to him on his dominant performance and continued success! | Player Driven.
