McCarron shot rounds of 64-69-65 in Alberta, Canada this weekend to finish runner-up for the 3rd time this season. He’s also amassed 10 Top 5 finishes this season, including the three victories he’s earned this year. McCarron has won five times since switching to Tour Edge Exotics clubs.
His Top 5 finish represented the 20th Top 5 finish for a player using Tour Edge clubs this season on the PGA Tour Champions. McCarron, who wears a Tour Edge Exotics logo on his sleeve, is the current No. 1 ranked player in the PGA Tour Champions with $2,112,165 earned in tournament winnings this year. He leads the No. 2 ranked player by a whopping $567,303.
The runner-up finish is the 26th time a player using Tour Edge Exotics clubs has finished in 1st or 2nd place in the last 44 PGA Tour Champions events.
