A new TPT Golf shaft drove a T3 finish at the U.S. Open at Pebble Beach, where a former U.S. Open Champion trusted a 14 MKP-LT-SW in his driver.
The 14 MKP-LT-SW is engineered for the highest-speed-swing golfers (115+ MPH) and set to launch this summer at TPT Golf’s Worldwide Network of more than 200 Authorized Fitters.
Previously known as the 14 MKP-LT Prototype, the shaft has already earned four victories on the PGA and European tours. When launched, the 14 MKP-LT-SW will be the stiffest and lowest-torque shaft in TPT Golf’s robust driver and fairway wood shaft lineup.
The 14 MKP-LT-SW is one of three new LT (Low-Torque) shaft models TPT Golf is set to launch this summer. The other two models include the 14.5 LKP-LT-SW and the 15 LKP-LT-SW.
Performance Not Paint
Each of the new shafts is created with TPT Golf’s patented Thin-Ply Winding Method technology, an automated manufacturing process that raises the standards of golf shaft performance. The three new shafts have been developed over the last two years with the feedback of several of the best golfers in the world.
To date, TPT Golf shafts have earned 18 victories across the world and are trusted by World No. 1 Jin-Young Ko, who used three TPT Golf shafts to earn her first major championship victory at the 2019 ANA Inspiration.
