I have a VA Composites Nemysis 55 stiff shaft in my current Cobra Driver. I am aging and loosing distance. Should I consider switching my shaft to a Nemysis 55 regular flex shaft?
It really depends on “why” you’re losing the distance. I tend to point people toward flex impacting direction/shape more than speed as a rule of thumb. Don’t get me wrong, it all factors in, but I’d need to know more about what has changed. Have you lost speed? Have you lost launch? Is the ball spinning too much/too little?
I’d start there to figure out what equipment changes you need to make, if any.
