It all began when two close friends, who shared a newfound love for golf after getting hooked during the pandemic, decided to get more involved in the game. They quickly found themselves dissatisfied with the options available for golf apparel. Frustrated by the high prices and limited choices, they saw an opportunity to make a difference in the golf fashion industry. In early 2023, Kyle and Adrian combined their backgrounds in marketing and finance to create 18Threads Apparel. The singular focus? Polos that seamlessly blend fashion and function, ensuring you look and feel your best on the greens without breaking the bank.
The Looks
18Threads Apparel’s inaugural polo drop brings golf fashion to life with a palette of five colors. Each designed to elevate your on-course style, Artic Crest, Black Ice, Midnight Gray, Maroon, and Electric Red are the stars of the first collection. Overall bringing a refreshing minimalist, yet old school look and feel to the golf course.
At first glace, you are hit with the polo’s crisp white collars, cuffs, and a bottom hem that create a striking contrast and add a touch of sophistication to your golf attire. Often overlooked, I personally love the 3 button look over the usual two. Let one down, two, or all three, it adds an extra touch of versatility that is nice to have depending on the situation and climate. Regardless of what color you go with, they are all versatile enough to dress up or down, on or off the course.
I found their polo’s to make their way off golf course and into my regular wardrobe. Whether you’re swinging for that perfect drive, going out to dinner, or maybe even at work, 18 Threads polos provide the ideal blend of fashion and function.

In regards to fit, I would suggest going a size up. For reference, I am usually a size large but due to 18Threads athletic fit, tapered bottom hem and cuffs. I tried both large and extra large, and ultimately went for the bigger size for increased length of polo. Overall the polo is comfortable, soft, and very breathable. Regardless of where you wear these polos you will be looking and certainly feeling your best.
