Bernhard Langer and Tour Edge Golf Announce Partnership Extension

BATAVIA, Illinois. – Today Tour Edge Golf, and Bernhard Langer, the winningest player in PGA TOUR Champions history, announced a new partnership extension through the 2025 season.

Langer joined Tour Edge in 2021 and has won six times since he first signed with the Illinois-based brand, including taking home the 2021 season Charles Schwab Cup.

He first started playing Tour Edge clubs with an Exotics hybrid at the 2020 November-edition of the Masters. After setting the record for the oldest player to ever make the cut at the esteemed Augusta National event that year, he approached the brand about playing more Tour Edge clubs, which initiated the endorsement partnership.

2025 will be the 41st and final Masters for the two-time Green Jacket winner.

Langer capped off a remarkable comeback from an Achilles tear at the start of 2024 to win the Charles Schwab Cup Championship event to end the season this past November.

The win marked the 18th straight year he has won on the PGA TOUR Champions, setting a new mark for consecutive years with a victory. He also broke his own record as oldest winner in PGA TOUR Champions history at 67 years, 2 months, and 14 days. The age-defying legend has shot his age or better 23 times since he joined the Tour Edge staff.

Langer will continue to play Tour Edge Exotics clubs, carry a Tour Edge staff bag, and will adorn a Tour Edge logo on all his on-course apparel.

“I’m very pleased to continue my fantastic relationship with Tour Edge,” said Langer. “They’ve been with me for some of the most memorable moments of my career, and I am thrilled to have them behind me for my final Masters and for a run at my seventh Schwab Cup. I have been fortunate to be a part of the design process with David Glod and his R&D team on several products, so it makes perfect sense for me to continue on as a true part of the team and the innovative things they do there.”

“It is one of the proudest accomplishments of my career to be able to work so closely with Bernhard and for Tour Edge to be a part of the historic run he is on,” said Tour Edge CEO and founder David Glod. “We are beyond excited about the extension of our partnership and to be able to watch him compete in his final Masters as a Tour Edge staff player. Beyond what he has done on the golf course, which is completely epic, he is a source of inspiration as a man of the strongest integrity and faith. He is the complete package and the absolute ideal brand ambassador for Tour Edge and for golfers across the world.”
