TRUE linkswear Dead Golfer 2

Check Out the TRUE linkswear Dead Golfer Shoes

Our pals, TRUE linkswear, recently released a limited edition collection of gear reprising their “Dead Golfer” theme originally dropped in 2017. I’m talking everything from shoes to clothes to headcovers to golf balls. At the time of writing this, a lot of the goods are already sold out. All of the gear is really cool, but the shoes are really something else and easily some of the best to ever come from the brand. So let’s dive into the shoes of the TRUE linkswear Dead Golfer collection.

Dead Golfer OG Feel 10

TRUE linkswear Dead Golfer – OG Feel

The OG Feel is far and away my favorite shoe from TRUE linkswear. It’s incredibly comfortable, breathable, and a pleasure to wear on and off the golf course. The zero-drop construction and flexible outsole give you tremendous feedback from the ground for excellent feel on the course. The toe box is also a bit wider and can accommodate up to 4E widths. So keep that in mind should you decide to purchase.

OG Feel 4

TRUE linkswear dropped the Dead Golfer logo on the heel in a reflective material. The shoe’s colorway is a nice change of pace in bone white – like the Dead Golfer skeleton’s bones – with black and a speckled midsole. If you’re a sneakerhead, the midsole may be reminiscent of some classic sneakers from the past. If you’re not a sneakerhead, it’s still a creative texture that differs from what we’ve historically seen from the brand. This particular OG Feel has quickly vaulted its way to may favorite pair of TLs that I own!

Dead Golfer LUX Knit 1

TRUE linkswear Dead Golfer – LUX Knit

Alright, the Dead Golfer LUX Knit is the one that took me by surprise. These shoes look good in pictures, but are way more impressive in person. I can’t express to you enough how good the bone white and heathered black play off each on this model. Then the use of the transparent sole with the Dead Golfer insignia showing through is a great touch. I also really like the addition of the Dead Golfer on the heel pull tab. Just overall great attention to detail and an extremely sharp shoe that will really pop.

DG LUX Knit 5

The TRUE linkswear LUX Knit is a go-to “on course” model for me. It’s easily their most practical golf shoe in that it’s fully waterproof, but has the same comfort you’d expect from the brand.

Final Thoughts

I know, I’ve already reviewed both models of these shoes, but once these got to my house, I had to share. Personally, I think these are easily some of the best looking shoes in TRUE linkswear’s history. When I first saw them, I knew I had to have a pair. Now that I have them in hand and have started wearing them around, I will confirm that I was right. Both shoes look great on and off the course and are extremely comfortable. And of course they come with limited edition Dead Golfer shoe bags with the Dead Golfer on one side and the ‘Golfer’s Creed’ on the other.

If you’ve been on the fence for TRUE linkswear, these are a great choice to dive in with. But move fast because I hear they’re moving quick, and a lot of the other gear from the Dead Golfer collection is already sold out.
