Great video. I have a similar gripping station and use Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 grip. Living in Southern AZ and with the number of rounds I’m able to play, I regrip 3 times a year. I use the 360s because of the feel and there really isn’t any special alignment – just get them straight I use the hook blade for removal, then a heat gun to get the glue loose and then peel off the old tape (2 wraps of build up plus the double sided tape). After gripping (lots of solvent) tap/bang with the grip to the floor and then I let them sit with the grip up for at least a couple hours. I buy my solvent and tape from GolfWorks.
