Melville, NY (January 2019) – Nikon is pleased to announce the release of two all-new COOLSHOT golf laser rangefinders during PGA Show 2019— COOLSHOT 20 GII and, COOLSHOT 20i GII— each an ideal companion for golfers eager to improve their skills and reduce their scores. These new rangefinders join the company’s award-winning COOLSHOT PRO STABILIZED in a lineup that includes technology for every golfer.
COOLSHOT 20 GII
Nikon’s COOLSHOT 20 compact golf laser rangefinder has been re-born for 2019 as the COOLSHOT 20 GII, with an increased ranging capability, new ergonomics and legendary Nikon optics.
COOLSHOT 20i GII
Nikon’s new COOLSHOT 20i GII golf laser rangefinder provides incredibly fast, accurate distance measurements for every shot—even those involving slope (elevation changes). Featuring Nikon’s ID Technology for stress-free club selection when facing a shot with elevation change, COOLSHOT 20i GII eliminates second-guessing on how far uphill or downhill a shot will play.
Each of Nikon’s new COOLSHOT golf rangefinders offers a multilayer-coated 6x high-quality monocular for bright, clear viewing. Both models also features one-push, 8-second continuous measurement and First Target Priority Mode, which enables easy distance assessment to bunkers, fairway ends, dogleg corners and other objects on the course. This feature is particularly useful during approach shots when measuring the distance to a flagstick on a green with woods in the background.
COOLSHOT 20 GII and COOLSHOT 20i GII both provide broad ranging capabilities from 6 yards out to a maximum of 800 yards*. Confidence inspiring measurements to the flagstick can be made up to an incredible 300 yards*.
With Suggested Retail Prices of $199.95 for the COOLSHOT 20 GII and $229.95 for the COOLSHOT 20i GII with slope, golfers can count on these new models for water resistant/rainproof performance even in inclement conditions. All new COOLSHOT models are also backed by Nikon’s exclusive 5 Year Warranty.
