The Scotty Cameron Special Select Lineup Has Arrived

Well folks, the new Scotty Cameron Special Select putters are here!  The newest line offers eight different models that include both blade and mid-mallet options.

With the new Special Select line, Scotty is moving back towards a solid milled design, and away from the inserts of the most recent models.  I’m personally a big fan of this, as I wasn’t a fan of the inserts in previous models.  Each putter is milled in the USA from a solid block of 303 stainless steel with a desire for consistent sound and feel.

With each model, Scotty Cameron keeps Tour player preferences in mind with the design.  The toplines are thinner and flatter than previous models, and the overall head shapes are more compact.  Additionally, Scotty Cameron has brought back the soft tri-sole design that Tour pros and amateurs alike covet, to his retail blade options.

The new Scotty Cameron Special Select Line is sure to feature something for everyone.  Scotty offers eight different head shapes and five different neck/shaft options.  They all offer a classic stainless finish, and the removable sole weights synonymous with the Scotty Cameron Select lines of generations prior.  There are also two new “Flowback” mallet options in the Special Select lineup, similar to the Golo models of previous lines.  Each putter will also feature the new Pistolini Plus grip, which is the classic Pistolini with less taper in the lower hand.

The new Scotty Cameron Special Select Line is available tomorrow, January 24th, in North America and March 27th worldwide.
