TACOMA, WA – Two West Coast brands, TRUE linkswear and Linksoul, a men’s lifestyle apparel brand founded by John Ashworth, announced a second limited-edition shoe following the success of the first model that initially launched last fall. The TRUE knit construction features a new colorway – Linksouldier Green – and artwork on the insoles that blends both brands’ ethos of wearing shoes and apparel from the course to the streets.
The knit upper is engineered to be both breathable and supportive while forming to the natural shape of the foot, suitable for any golfer looking to trade in their heavy, cleated shoes for this light-weight alternative. The rubber outsole is made with a proprietary tread pattern designed for ultimate on-course traction. This style not only functions out on the links, but is an easy transitional shoe for everyday wear.
“After the immediate success of our first collaboration, we’re thrilled to work with Linksoul on another limited-edition model”, said TRUE President and Partner, Jason Moore. “It’s exciting to work with another brand that shares our values and mission; we know people are going to love this shoe just as much, if not more, than the first one”.
In addition to the TRUE branding, the TRUE x Linksoul knit is packed with unique and subtle Linksoul details including a “Make Par / Not War” deboss heel stamp, embossed Linksoul sergeant logo, and insoles featuring new artwork by Linksoul Co-Founder, Geoff Cunningham (@parnography).
The shoes are available in Linksouldier Green with an MSRP of $148, and are available in men’s sizes 8-13 (full sizes only). Consumers can shop the TRUE x Linksoul knit by visiting www.truelinkswear.com or www.linksoul.com.
